Stroking sick
A feeble attempt at blog revival and some stuff that I’ve seen in the recent past. Most of these contain midgets, paraplegics, whacky horror and elements of unconventional sexuality. Not to mention, most are classics and my East European obsession (Svankmajer, Tarr, Jodorowsky…)
Satantango (Bella Tarr (slow alert - 7 hours) )
Delicatessen (Jeunet <3)

3) Caramel (Ooh starting...

Valerie and her week of wonders (czech surrealism) (Jaromil Jires)
Sanatorium Pod Klepsydra (Wojciech Has)

The boy in the striped Pajamas (Mark Herman)
Sophie’s choice (Meryl Streep bonus) (Alan Pakula)

Lights. Camera. Action: List 1
This might be a weekly affair, or a daily thing. I thought this is a better place to archive all the film recommendations. It doesn’t matter what you watch, why. If you want to recommend a film, just add the name with the reason in one line. Preferably a torrent link too if the film is rare :)
My picks over accumulated summers and winters:
1) The Fall (Tarsem Singh)
2) Santa Sangre...
